Yes, this is my insane daughter and her equally insane father...riding this slingshot-contraption for her birthday!! We took her down there thinking this was actually a swing that they hoist you up to some ridiculous height and then let you go!! but when we got there, we found out that it was actually a slingshot. They sit you in this seat-like thing....then fling the two of you some 400 feet up into the air supported only by what looked like two rubber bands and you eventually stop and then fall backwards....twirl upside down and over and under and then back up again! This goes on for what seems like an eternity, but in actuality only lasts about 2 minutes. Then they bring you back down to earth..somewhat shakey in a weird sort of way (at least that is what the two of them said). They loved it....and of course Nicole is counting the days until she can do it again!! More to follow on her bday!!
